Hello Slansing,
I received an email auto-reply rejecting my request because Nagios' systems don't show me as being subscribed to a support/maintenance plan.
I think this is because my email address changed. I emailed '
[email protected]' with our customer number and license info.
Can you guys please help us sort this out? We really do need to expedite this case.

Hi Klee, looks like you have not been added to the accepted email list. Could you have Leilani give us a call or email to approve you, we cannot add you without her direct permission. Thanks!

This is who we have set as your site contact from you're parent company, not going to give out last name on the forum. I will check with sales if there is another way, but that is generally the only way we add new people to the approved email list.
Edit: We will try and get in contact with the person that we need approval from, and will let you know what happens.
