Nagios XI unable to get traffic data from NA server

I think this will need to be moved to a ticket so we can do a remote soon.

Did you do the tcpdump command as jolson requested? Also, please run the following on your XI machine:

tail -50 /var/log/httpd/error_log > /tmp/error_log_xi

And email [email protected] with a descriptive subject and a link to this thread in the body. Attach the XIandNA.txt and error_log_xi files to the email.

We will continue in the ticket and update this thread when we get this worked out.

Yes, I did a tcpdump, what I said earlier is that there is nothing on the log file. it seems like nagios XI is not even attempting to do the connection to NA
