- Updated all reports to now use asynchronous loading of report information -JO
- Updated all reports to have a new layout -JO
- Added numbers of saved reports and scheduled reports to left hand menu section -JO
I really hope this means I can start using reports, as currently I have to run a report three times in order to be able to export to pdf AND running a report chokes my XI server..
This will be hard to test on my QA though, as it doesn't have that many hosts.
If you have automatic loading of reports turned off in your performance settings you should be able to use the new reports to create a pdf without having to run the report three times. Simply select the values you want and instead of clicking the "Run" button select Download > PDF.

It does seem like it's going to be pretty confusing. A new forum might be helpful for discussion however there is no need for invites anymore since this is going to be open and the Beta download link will be in the main post.

Just to clarify, this is not a "Post issues here and we will support them" thread, this is a "Post issues here and we will add them to the dev workflow" thread. The follow-up from us will come later.

Just tested a newly built tarball. You should be able to re-download now and perform the upgrade. There is an issue on the file share that sometimes corrupts zip files which was the likely culprit.

Nice job on the gui guys. Does this mean no more iframes? It seems my dashboards are a bit messed up, but I forgive you for that. Had the same issue last major update. I'm guessing it's almost impossible with such major gui changes to create the exact same layout for dashboards..

There are still iframes, the theme is just held together tighter. The dashboards moving slightly is most likely caused by the new tables. The new tables are a bit more padded than the other ones and we were trying to keep them as similar as possible but yup - like you said - it's hard to keep it exact with this sort of change.
