Great, lets try this:

In the left pane under System click Configuration
Select Commands
Click Continue
In the top right type in check_pgactivity
Click Update
Can you send a screenshot of that

Lets try putting the whole argument in single quotes in the service:

Code: Select all

check_command                   check_pgactivity!'-s backends -w 80% -c 95%'
If you still have problems, lets reboot the entire server.

Can you check the permissions on the plugin and post the results?
