What errors are you seeing in the log files on the MSSQL server when you run the plugin?

We are not seeing any Always ON Listener related logs on MSSQL server.

Please create feature request if the plugin check_mssql is not support to query on Cluster Listener (multisubnetfailover = true).

For now we are ok to query Cluster Node and it is working as expected.
