Will do, since a feature request has been put in to solve for this thread...is it closed or does it remain open until that feature launches?

The topic will "auto-close" after some time even if we left it opened. You could start a new thread if needed or send any of us (on the Nagios support team) a PM request to reopen this particular topic if it's already closed.
