Runtime Error for host and service notification

That is great news!
If you made backups if the files I had you edit, you can revert the settings so it will not print out the debug and log info.
These are the files that were edited that you can put back to the original settings.

/usr/local/nagiosxi/scripts/handle_nagioscore_notification.php
/usr/local/nagiosxi/scripts/handle_nagioscore.inc.php
/etc/php.ini

Go ahead and setup a user to use the notification command and see if the emails are sent from the system now.
