Would you be open to doing a remote session sometime this week? We would need web access to the XI Server, as well as some sort of shell access with root permissions. We have a remote assistance service that we typically use. Let us know if that's an option and we'll set up a time via private messages.

I don't think our security guys will open up the firewall for remote connection. Frankly, I find the free version easier than the commercial version because I installed both them and I did not have all these confusions while I was using nagios free version.

Let have you start a new thread for each issue that you're encountering here, as it appears there is more than one. This will help us diagnose this better.

Do you have any idea where the max speed bandwidth is stored. I have looked at nagios daatabase but it is not there.

Also, when you repost, can you give us more information on what you're looking for? I don't know what you mean by "max speed bandwidth."
