This is Ashley Covington from Baltimore City Public Schools. We have bought Nagios Xi and we are currently experiencing some issues with setup. A tech from the support forum advised that we create a ticket in order to start a remote session. We have create added our Vcenter to Nagios, but it will not connect to the server for the Storage information. Could you please assist?

It does not look like we have received anything from your domain, whether it was bounced back or not. Are you sure you are able to email our address from within your environment? Something on your end or in between is likely blocking.
