Thanks for the support for the solution of the post, I told you that here in Peru we are on holidays so take advantage of preparing virtual teams and recree the whole installation validating that this operation nagvis with livestatus, I appreciate the time and support provided, now I will pass it to my work team I hope it is without problems.

That's right ... it's already working ... now I have to implement it in the office because I work in virtual teams.
