Text Verification Times Out

Thanks for the capture file.
What I see if that the nagios server tries to connect and the destination drops the connection right at the start.

If looks like there is a Sonicwall device in the path and that is dropping the connection.
You would have to see if there is some setting on that device that is blocking the connection.

One thing I noticed it that you have set the from address to the following

Please put in an email address from your domain.
That could be the whole issue on why the emails are getting rejected as that is not a valid domain for your network.

I saw that email address in the maillog output from your post yesterday morning and in the profile that was sent to us earlier this month.

Do you have someone you can contact that hosts the relay for the ezaccessmot-com.mail.protection.outlook.com server?

You should have some sort of support contact, portal or contract when that server was setup, see if you can find that information.

I am told we will have to open tickets as a per case per question, but is ok. What would you like me to ask?

The settings required to use their service for relaying and if they can check the logs for any connections.
But, the tcpdump shows that a Sonicwall device may be blocking the connection.

I emailed my boss and he said to try a different username and password out because the one i was using did not have SMTP rights. So i made the switch hoping that it would work and it did not got the same errors for both smtp.office365.com:

Now i am waiting to see if he sent in a ticket and when i hear back and than i will send you and update. In the mean time is there something we can do with the cell phone text verification code issue or is that related to the SMTP issue?
