We'll try to replicate this, but I didn't see the the message you're talking about. Maybe one of them is the wrong image?

Just tested mine and it does the same thing. You dont get the error until you hit "Run Query."

I'll add the previously mentioned bug into TPS to be fixed. Thanks for reporting/confirming it.

As for the rest of this topic I'd like to ask users to create a new topic with any different issues than the original so that our support team can see if new problems/bugs/questions arise in our dashboard and those posts can get the proper attention.

EDIT: Internal TPS TASK ID 6513

Ok, sorry about that, here is the fix for the "You must enter a time range" error.

Replace this file:

Code: Select all

/var/www/html/nagiosna/www/media/js/helpers.js
With the attached file (unzip it first) and let me know if that works for you.
helpers.zip

Perfect this works.

Is there any progress on the version or release/update of Network Analyzer?

At this time, there is progress for the next update, but we don't have an ETA for it's release date.

How do I find out if all my feature requests will or won't be in the next update?

We do not have a way for that to be told, the developers have a work flow. If you'd like a custom quote on a custom feature feel free to contact sales for one.

As there is a bug report for this, and a patch has been released. I will now close this thread out. If you need more assistance with Network Analyzer, feel free to open another.
