NagiosXI CCM authentication and authorization

Is the only account able to access the Core Configuration Manager (CCM) the "Nagios administrator"? I've tried assigning users "Admin" privileges but they are unable to authenticate to the CCM. We have a large group of personnel that will need to make configuration changes within the CCM yet:

a) they must have their own account for accounting purposes (another thread[1] here indicates AD authentication doesn't work within CCM)

b) we do not want to grant them full Nagios administrative privileges

From what I've seen in the interface and documentation am I correct to assume this is not possible with NagiosXI?

Thanks.

The only XI accounts that can access the CCM are admins.

I have assigned 2 new users "Admin" privileges within NagiosXI; neither of them are able to authenticate to the CCM. The only account that works is the initial Nagios admin account. The credentials for which are configured on the Reset Security Credentials page. This seems to indicate that only _one_ Nagios admin account is able to access to the CCM.

Your post speaks in plurals. Is there a specific procedure to follow to add additional CCM admins?

You also need to create a user login for the ccm. (as nagiosadmin) XI --> CCM --> Config Manager Admin --> Manage Config Access --> Add New. This is the account to log into the ccm (but you will need admin access to do so).

Thank you, I'm terribly sorry for overlooking that.
