Notifications when timeperiod occurs

Hi,
is there any option to send notifications when occurs contact timeperiod?
I've contact "John" with timeperiod 6-22 each day and I want send him sms at 6:00 if service is in hard critical state at this time. Something like "suspend" notification - when service went down between 22-6, send sms at 6:00, but only if hard state persist. And, of course, if service crash between 6-22, send sms immediately.
