scheduled reporting not emailing

I am able to manually export reports but can't seem to get them to send via email. If I click the Send Now button for a scheduled report I do not receive it by email. I am receiving notifications by email.
Any ideas?
Thanks

How to you have notification emails configured within Nagios XI, what mail agent are you using?

Do you receive a blank pdf, or do you not receive the mail?

I do not receive the email at all. I can download the pdf manually without an issue.

Lets send a test report while doing a tail on the apache error log:

Code: Select all

tail -f /var/log/httpd/error_log
Now try to send a report to an email address from the reports page in XI. Copy the output from the tail and post them here.

I'd also run the following when you are sending a report email:

Code: Select all

tail /var/log/maillog | grep reject
Lets see if it's getting rejected by the destination.

Show the output of both the above, and of the following after testing, as well as Abrist's command:

Code: Select all

tail /var/log/maillog
You may want to obfuscate email addresses.
