On the Performance Graphs, it can be exported to CSV from history, but it seems only export limited data, is there possible export all data to CSV? I know there is a script rrd2csv.php under NagiosXI Tool folder, but is there any other way?

Through the web interface, not at this time. What data do you seem to be missing? Also just to be sure, do you understand the principles of rrd's that over time data is compressed and averaged, and that ?
