Hello, I have started the thread under regular section of the forums

can it be moved here so we can continue working on the issue?

We need to make sure that each person within your company who would like customer forum access has been added to the correct contact list, to do this email [email protected]. We need to verify your old account, and that this one has the ability to ask us to move the thread before moving it over to the customer section.

if its too much trouble, let me just copy paste the original problem so we can start working on it. this account (snps) is already verified and I seem to be able to post here just fine:)

We just need to assure that we are not moving someone's thread who does not want it moved, if that makes sense. We could just carry on from the last message but if you can verify with sales that you are the same person as the one who originally started the thread we can transfer it to this section, sorry for the trouble, just making sure all the bases are covered.
