Available Updates not correct

Hi,
My XI updates checker seems to have a bit of a glitch where it thinks it's up to date and obviously is not and I don't see this in the forum or release notes. I will do the update but this is just an FYI.

What happens when you click on the "Check For Updates Now" button? Are you behind a proxy?

It updates the check dates but remains content it's up to date. We are being an inline proxy appliance, the browser is not set up to use a traditional proxy.

We might've had a bug in 2012r1.5b - not sure. I don't have a test box with this version. I can set one up, but it's going to take some time. Have you tried upgrading?

Sorry for the delay, I was on vacation last week. I have not upgraded but will. I would say to not spend the time on setting up a test environment as it may be moot if upgrading resolves it.

BTW, can I update from 1.5b to 18 directly or do I need to do some interim update(s).?

No you should be able to upgrade from 1.5b to 1.8 just fine, let us know if you run into issues.

That updated just fine and with far fewer steps than previous upgrades and very quickly as well, so much so I thought something surely went wrong but it seems fine and reflects the new release number.

Excellent! Any other issues regarding this?
