Alerts not showing up in the alert history

I am running Nagios 3.3.1 on CentOS 6.3 and I have recently found a strange issue where alerts that exist in the logs do not show up in the alert history in the web console. Has anyone seen this before?

Do you have any filters on (top right of the report?

I'm having the same problem. There is about a week where it shows "No history information was found in this archived log file" but I found the log files in /var/log/nagios/archives and they open in vi.
