Service Status Summary - Results display issue

Greetings! The issues we're experiencing is from the "Service Status Summary". I have this added to my home dashboard. When I click the number under "Warning" it takes me to the correct page to display results, however no results are found. If I click the number under "OK" it takes me to the correct listing of OK results. I'm basically seeing this:
Showing 1-2 of 2 total records
Filters: Service=Warning
No matching services found
I believe this worked in version 2009R1.3B, and the upgrade to C was when it started. I've upgraded us to E and still have this issue.

We've added filtering for both hosts and services on the Service Detail page by design. That doesn't appear to be the issue from what I am seeing, but we'd need more information to know for sure.
Are you having this same issue when you attempt to view this information from tables on the Service Detail page, or is it just with the dashboard?
Have you tried deleting, and then re-adding this dashlet since the upgrade?

I see the same results when I view the Service Detail page. I also just noticed when I click on "Service Detail", it says it's displayed 1-100 of 157 records, but again it says "No matching records found". I've attached a screenshot of what happens when you click "Service Detail", and when you click the 2 under "Warning".

Also, I would like to point out that I see no results when I click "Unhandled", "Problems", and "All". However, when I click "Ok", "Unknown", and "Critical" they display results.

I'm wondering if you have multiple instances of nagios running on your machine. That's been known to cause unpredictable results on status displays. Can you open up a terminal to your XI server and type the following:
killall nagios
service nagios start

Same issue after running the commands. I also rebooted the Nagios XI VM to be sure, and it's showing the same results (or lack thereof!).

I've seen this when the hostgroup all is deleted or not every host belongs to it. Check the URLs being passed for some clue to the actual filtering being performed.

I have backups of /usr/local/nagiosxi and /usr/local/nagios for each time I've done a software upgrade. I could try going back to an earlier version, but what about any database changes? Also, what about new hosts/services we've added since the backups were created?
I just discovered that if I go into a host then click the icon to show stats for its services, the first info that is displayed will say "Showing 1-9 of 9 total records" (for example), and underneath it still says "No matching services found". When I click to show status "Ok", "Warning", "Unhandled", or "Problems" i'm getting the same issue.
Thank you for your assistance on this. Nagios seems to be working, but the display issues are annoying!

Just to make sure, when you're viewing filtered services, can you select the "All" hosts filter and see if it returns anything. On a fresh page load there are no filters set until you begin selecting them. It will remember both host and service filters as you're viewing combinations. You can clear any filters by selecting the grey "X" just above the table.
(Apologies if you've tried this already, I just want to make sure this has been covered since I've been unable to reproduce this problem so far).
Are you running Nagios XI v1.3E?

Ok, so I'm not sure what I did, but I am seeing the same issue on my demo machine now. Still haven't identified the cause, but we're try and get this figured out ASAP.
