cannot post in customer support forum

We have purchased enterprise Nagios.
I cannot find where I can have my account allowed the 'new topic' button to become available in the customer support forum.
There appears to be no mention of this? I have checked stickies and the nagiosxi support page. I have also not received any information in the email with my enterprise license key.
Am I supposed to PM someone?
