Upgrade issue

When I am trying to upgrade to latest version it failed with message:

NAGIOSQL-POST
PHP Fatal error: SourceGuardian Incompatible loader version. This protected script has been encoded with newer version of SourceGuardian. Please download and install the <A HREF="http://www.sourceguardian.com/ixeds/">latest loaders</A>. Error code [19] in /usr/local/nagiosxi/html/includes/dbl.inc.php on line 2
A new Nagios XI update is available.
2012R2.0 was released on May 20th, 2013.
Visit http://www.nagios.com to obtain the latest update.
Latest Available Version: 2012R2.0
Installed Version: 2012R1.2
Last Update Check: 2013-05-23 12:20:08
Could you please give me instructions on how to install latest loader and maybe you will let me know if there is anything else we have to upgrade before to move to new version.
