I want to know if is possible customise nagios Whoops page, I need put in there a image of my work with a different message.

Someone know where is this page or how to modify this page

You will want to download a fresh copy of the source, if you don't already have it. Then modify the cgi/cgiutils.c page to your needs. Once that is completed, recompile Core as you normally would and replace your existing version.
