Question About monitoring windows services

Hi Guys,

I am monitoring a few windows 2003 servers with NagiosXI Free edition (we are considering buying it).
Now we are using a statusmap : http://localhost/nagios/cgi-bin/statusm ... r$layout=0 to see if the servers are up and running.
When the servers are up the icon is Green and when the server is Down the icon is RED.
Is there a possibility to make the icon turn orange when a Service goes down ?

Regards,

Typically orange identifies an "Unknown" state for a service. I'm sure it can be done, but I don't know off hand how to do it without diving into the code. However, I would consider looking at some of the following options from our exchange site for more flexibility with mapping.
