Nagios Support Forum

When I try to upload a new wizard under admin - Manage config wizards I get the message "Wizard installation failed" every time.
Do you suppose to do something with the downloaded zip files before uploading them?

I'm running the trial copy Nagios XI 2009R1.1F by the way.
Anybody knows the solution to this problem?

You are in for a surprise. I have been trying to get that and a few other questions answered for almost a week by phone, forum and even email and NO ONEEEEE has replied!!! As interested as I am about this product, I worry about the support behind it.

Either way, if I hear something before you do, I will gladly share the info.

I am also having this same issue. It is frustrating that there is so little documentation for this product. I know this is built upon nagios core but there are many differences.

Can someone please answer this? How are we supposed to spend $1300 on a product that we can't even properly test due to the lack of both documentation and communication.

We are working so this does not happen with the commercial version of NagiosXI.
