Just recently upgrade to the latest version of XI and restored my info from the existing system. Now when I tried to update a service when I applied the configration, i get the following:

Applying Configuration

Command submitted for processing...
Waiting for configuration verification......................................................
Configurations failed to write to file.
An error occurred while attempting to apply your configuration to Nagios Core. Monitoring engine configuration files have been rolled back to their last known good checkpoint.

View a snapshot of this configuration error

When I try to view the snapshot error, it never shows up.

Can you run the following and let us know the output?:

CCM > Tools > Write Config Tool

Click the buttons from top to bottom, share the output from each one here, you can block out sensitive information as needed, thanks!
