All monitoring status are ok, but Host still red?!
NagiosXI using ping for host monitoring check, but if host doesn't allow ping or host behind a firewall which not allow ping, how to solve this?

What you are seeing is a host in a critical state because it is unable to be pinged as you said. The service, next to it, is in an OK state. To resolve this, you could attach a dummy check to the host, or a check which will look at one of your services, and change it's state based on the results there. It is advisable to always allow your hosts to be pinged as that is the way Nagios checks to see if they are up or down. Though as noted above you can work around that.

My suggestion would be to change the host check to a check_http check as the server is reachable on port 80.
