Double Menu after visiting Nagios "Home" Page

After updating to 3.5.0, I've had a problem where Nagios will show me a double menu after visiting the "Home" page (If I click on the "Home", then click on a page after that, I'll get it). I've attached a screenshot of what I'm seeing.
If I go directly to a URL (Autocomplete on the browser will bring up a list of pages that aren't the home page) inside of Nagios, I don't get the double menu until I click the "Home" page and then click on a different page.
Any idea what would cause this? Thanks!

All that happened was an upgrade to 3.5.0? Hmm, when you access the home page do you see any conflicting errors in the following logs, please run these commands and try to access the home page, then share the output, thanks!

Have you tried clearing the browsers cache, accessing the interface from another browser, and restarting the apache service?

Can you post the output of the following:

ll -la /usr/local/nagios/sbin/stylesheets
I also noticed that once I go to the "Home" page that the address in the address bar is always http;//nagios.mydomain.local/nagios/index.php regardless of which page I click on. Hitting refresh will take me back to the main page. I don't have this problem if I go to my browser directly and type: "
http://nagios.mydomain.local/nagios/cgi ... e=overview" and then just avoid the "Home" page.
This is likely because the pages you are loading are being generated by the same php script, it is reading in different stylesheets.

The folder /usr/local/nagios/sbin/stylesheets doesn't exist. I did, however, find /usr/local/nagios/share/stylesheets . I copied the contents and folder to sbin, fixed the permissions, but it still did not work. If I do ll -la /usr/local/nagios/sbin/stylesheets I now get:

I did a chmod 775 /usr/local/nagios/sbin/stylesheets because I was getting a permission denied error with some of the css files (I guess it is trying to execute them..... Not sure why)

Those stylesheets should be in share, not sbin. Move them back.

The vhost file is pure vanilla. Have you made any changes to httpd.conf?
