Please suggest us how much Network Bandwidth needed for 4000 devices, with 40,000 checks.

Suggest for dedicated/shared both bandwidth required.

This depends on how the devices are being checked "active / passive" "snmp / npre | nrdp / nsca" etc, and your networking hardware. It is really hard to gauge something like this, especially since checks are never scheduled for the same time, they are always separated.
