Can nagios monitor the IP cameras.

1) can nagios monitor status of the camera (up/down)

2) can nagios monitor and collect the data streaming size for every day basis

3) with help of the snmp can we monitor if yes how can we do it

4) Till what extent does nagios can monitor IP cameras.

Is there any plugin avaialble for this if yes please send us the documents
