Dear Expert,

i would like to see both service name and display name as in operation center screen, or any other alternative option.

my one of the port is set service description is "1-13-9-0 Status" and display name "Customer 1" but when alert comes it is only shows service description on operation center tool.

check the attached snap for more details.
