Hi All, I would like to add monitoring of Automatic Call Distribution System (dispatcher of phone call across agents). System has the collectd plain protocol implemented. Documentation of this protocol is here. How to do it? For us it will be the best to be able release some kind of package where all is well configured and described. Is it possible to use output from our system by this protocol directly to Nagios? Can we define the statistics screens and axis topics?

You would need some form of service or check to accept the traffic and translate it into nagios results, but it certainly is possible. Have you looked on exchange for collectd or ACDS checks?
