Nagios Support Forum

Dear all ,

I am configuring nagios for my test bed , i have configured windows event logs successfully but i am struggling to configure linux logs , there are no wizards as such for them . Can any one direct me how to accomplish this task. Task

There are a number of check_log like plugins on the Nagios Exchange. They mostly check for regexs/strings and alert on them:
