There are a couple of plugins for checking disk health in windows on the Nagios Exchange. The following plugin can be used with NSClient (using the nrpe protocol) instead of their suggested, now out of date agent, nrpe_nt.

I use the nagios+nsca (Linux) to check the servers in LAN (then nsca-client forwards the data to central Nagios Linux Server).
I would like to check the Windwos Servers (in LAN) health. The NSClient++ is used in nagios, but it have no hdd health function.
I will see the openmanage and other plugins! Thanks!

The functionality of NSclient++ will not be titled the same for these plugins / features etc.. But it should still be there. I would take a look at the plugins above and let us know if anything catches your eye.
