CUSTOM Host Alert is working Recovery service alert is not working

In web interface, when am doing CUSTOM Host Alert is working, but when some host is down am not able automatically recovery service alert is not working.

can anyone tell me how to solve rhis issue.

This is not a very clear question, are you asking why when a host goes down, then recovers it does not notify you of this? You will be notified of service state changes separately, please explain exactly what you are seeing and what you would like to change.
