Monitoring VOIP

How can I monitor below mentioned VOIP devices using Nagios ?
ip phone,call manager & cisco CM device.
ip phone,call manager & cisco CM device.
We have a couple Call Manager plugins available here:

As far as the phone monitoring goes itself, what are you looking to monitor?
