I have setup nagios is working fine but I have added new email address in the contact_nagios2.cfg file and I am not receiving the notification. Please assist. Thank you

Can you share this config file with us? Please block out email addresses. Is there a reason you are not using the normal contacts.cfg? I'm not sure if you will get this to work properly with a custom contacts config file.
