No cfg files in opject directory New 3.5.0 install

I am new to Nagios and just installed it on a Ununtu 12.4.3 server. All went well except the Objects directory is empty. I am at the set to edit the contects.cfg file now.
I see the sample templates.cfg file that has a lot of information. What information is in the contacts.cfg file?
