unable to activate new license

Hi,

We have recently upgraded or Nagios to enterprise edition.

I received a new key and tried to activate it by Admin--> License Information --> and then entered my new license key

I am getting this error now.

Your license needs to be re-activated in order to access to certain features of Nagios XI. Activate your license now.

Being you have a new license, you just need to go through the activation process to activate the new license key

It says invalid activation key, Do you want me to call the sales team for this ?
