Downtime in reports

Hello,

Just noticed an issue in the reporting tab. Apparently scheduled downtime is not taken into account when executing availability reports. This is kind of an issue as we Always had this feature in SCOM, so our mangement is used to looking at reports with an average availibility of 97 - 99 % and in Nagios it's only 78 %..

Is there any way to configure the reports so scheduled downtime is not included in the availability reports?

Thanks!

I managed to select a timeperiod when choosing the Core availibility report and after choosing workhours, I get nicer availibility percentages.. :)
So is there any way to do this with an XI report, as CCM doesn't provide scheduling the reports etc... And there is no graph or anything.

Unfortunately no, that is not currently a feature. Though you can specify a custom to and from date, or any of the predefined time periods from the drop down in each report. This does sound like a nice feature though if you'd like, you can submit a feature request for it at:

Hello,

I made the feature request. This is the url: http://tracker.nagios.com/view.php?id=441

Thanks for making this feature happen. We really had expected for this to be already implemented.
