Email notification respond link not working

Hi Support,

I have been receiving email notification from Nagios for service down. And I see that there is a link for me to respond to the alert. Refer to my attached screenshot.

However when I am trying to access it , it's giving me 404 Not Found error. May I know how to solve this?

First of all, is the address nagios.xtremax.com reachable from the outside world?
Next, it looks like you have an extra slash in the response url. Go to --> Admin --> Manage System Config.

What do you have entered for both the program url and the external url?

Hi abrist,

After understanding your reply, seems that I didnt put the correct address for nagios.

The correct one should be http://nagios.xtremax.com/nagiosxi, but instead I put in http://nagios.xtremax.com/.
