CPU utilization reached critical level it has't trigger alet

Hi Experts ,
we have configured Alerts for CPU utilization , Even the CPU utilization reached the critical level it hasn't trigger any alert.
Kindly help me on this .

Can you show us your service definition? Navigate to Configure > CCM > Services > Click the Diskette icon next to the service and copy the newly opened tab's information. Block out anything that should not be shown on the forums. Also, please do not duplicate your threads, opening a new thread will only put you lower on our "to respond to" list and causes clutter.
