Is there any plugin to monitor below types of storage. Or through SNMP it is possible.
1. Hitachi HUS 110
2. EMC VNXe3100
3. NetApp 3070

I'd recommend searching the exchange "http://exchange.nagios.org/" for keywords revolving around those items, but as long as they have OID's for what you are looking for on them SNMP would work as well.

Is there any Storage wizard available for this ?

That is why I had recommended searching exchange, you will need to find a plugin to do this. We can probably give you a hand in setting part of it up, but you will need to find the plugin that matches your requirements:

I have already tried this wizard to upload through manage wizard but couldnt able to to do so because it says, "Wizard installation failed. Uploaded zip file is not a config wizard".

Worked fine for me. Can you detail the steps you took to upload it, including URLs and filenames?

You are uploading the zip itself right? You are not unzipping it before upload? What version of XI are you running?

Yes. I am uploading the zip itself.

Did you rename the zip file by chance? This can cause the upload to fail.

I am not able to recreate the issue in house. The wizard installed just fine on Nagios XI 2012R1.2 - see below:
