When sending out email notifications, can all the recipients be in the same email chain. We currently have this ability with another monitoring tool, which is a nice feature because when the email is generated, a recipient can reply to all, which informs everyone the issue is being addressed. The way Nagios is set up, emails are sent out on a per-contact basis, not in bulk. Options:

Distribution list - Send to one email and have that forward to relevant parties
