Are there specials configurations on your system, ie; is Gnome installed? Are you using a proxy? Are you using SSL?

Forced SSL on NagiosXi login web screen

Nagios Xi version: Nagios XI 2012R2.3

Issue:

Unable to upgrade from Nagios XI 2012R2.3 to 2.4

After doing all the "Pre-necessary" steps, I run the following:

cd /tmp

wget http://assets.nagios.com/downloads/nagi ... est.tar.gz

tar xzf xi-latest.tar.gz

cd /tmp/nagiosxi

./upgrade

but when I logout of NagiosXi and log back in, it's still the old 2.3 version. I outputted the upgrade to a log file and will email nagios support.
