Please help me to add applications to Nagios Core for monitoring application.
Applications (Java, PLSQL etc)

Do you want to monitor running processes? If so, Linux or Windows?
Most of the addons, components, and check plugins that exist for Nagios XI and Nagios Core can be found at exchange.nagios.org.

I am going to monitor my applications which works under Linux.

What you're asking is a little too broad to give an exact example. I'd highly recommend looking through the Nagios Core manual to see if you can find what you need. Checking for running processes is simple if it's on the same machine as the Nagios server, but it gets more complicated on a remote machine.

I found out centreon integrated nagios.
I have donwloaded, but don`t know how to start.
