If I have a notes_url and a icon-image defined for a host or service,
the image becomes 'clickable' in pages generated
by status.cgi but not extinfo.cgi.
I know here is a link at the right (There Are Additional Notes For This
Host...). But the people in my helpdesk would
like to click on the same icon on all pages...
