Is there a way to generate a report of performance data of Services?

Under "Reports", the 6 available choices all seem focused on availability, notifications, and alerts.

There isn't currently a feature that does that apart from the performance graphs that you see. However, when our new version of XI comes out (2011R1) it will have some major revisions to the reporting tools. Here's some more info:
