Can the ones who see the same behaviour publish their period of pattern
repetition ?

You're right, the load is strange but CPU usage remains stable....
That's certainly not a "bug" , but I don't think it is normal to see such a
behavior.
I'll perform some test to see if there is not some 'irregularity' in
scheduling queue.
