Nagios Support Forum

Hi,
I have download the vmware player for the demo Nagios XI. Have the following questions

1. Does the demo support multiple login - eg. support Admin and customer login where admin can see all while customer login only see their respective login.
2. Does Nagios XI support the netflow services and Class of Services (for customer using MPLS)? For the Class of Services, either the different class of services utilization are all in the same graph with different colour lines or each class of services are in different graph.

Hi Chan -

Nagios support multiple user logins with different views. By default, users in XI who are administrators get to see everything. Normal users are only able to see hosts/services they are contacts for, unless you grant them the "User can see all hosts and services" option when you edit their user account.
